THE PHOENIX INSTITUTE
of Holistic Health and Wellness

“For Education, Health, and Beauty in the Service of Personal Growth”

“The Phoenix Institute of Montclair is a wellness center offering holistic and alternative approaches to longevity with good health. Among our specialties are solutions for digestive complications, sports nutrition & oxygen treatments, ion therapy, along with the newest in bio-cellular auditing systems. The focus at Phoenix is based on holistic health and education. In fact, our name ‘Phoenix’ parallels a nationwide reemergence of interest in environmental, homeopathic, botanical, and rising orthomolecular standards of healing in America today. Clients of the Phoenix Institute are ready for the balancing and body friendly holistic treatments forgotten – even ignored – for many years by healthcare professionals working in the current drug/hospital model. A sense of well being pervades the rooms of the Phoenix Institute and resonates well with the old physician’s latin adage “Primum non nocere” or “Above all, do no harm.” This health and wellness center delivers on its word.

At the Phoenix, the benevolent forces of nature are strategically manipulated to the aide of those who suffer “dis-ease.” Our clients with joint problems leave more mobile and those with immune problems regain their physical strength. The Phoenix designs customized approached for optimal health using ingenuity, love, and expert knowledge. We believe that nature offers us the essentials to live in vibrant health: good clean water, real food, fresh air. We encourage a life of order and balance, love and learning with copious amount of joy and optimism.

PREVENTION: THE RISE OF THE PHOENIX

You know the story of that beautiful bird that makes it’s nest and then sets fire to it as well as itself? It is the story of living a certain way, accepting it, and then doing away with it and moving on. When a Phoenix is born it flies from the nest. It’s choice is to become a new bird. All around the world people are making the decision to leave the nest behind, a burning path, and continue in light of knowledge and wisdom. When someone makes that kind of decision, it is often life altering for them.

Growing your own food is a rewarding experience, just as is making your own medicine.  Saving money is nice.  But it’s been said that humans are the only animals on Earth that have essentially forgotten how to build their own nest.  There is certainly some truth to that statement, won’t you agree?  Where is our nature?  Where can we grow in this civilization which does not champion innovators, but uses and dismisses them, in service of it’s own destructive ends?

The Phoenix Institute offers a range of classes, taught by myself, Anthony Canelo, Herbalist, Author, and graduate/awarded speaker of the Hippocrates Health Institute and Trinity College of Natural Health.  My N.E.E.M. workshops are fun, effective, and come with an incredibly practical accent that can be worn much like you would wear your coat traveling back home.

The Natural Emergency Education and Medicine Program  was designed by me, Anthony Canelo.  It helps to emphasize the importance of rebuilding our own nest from the internal environment and progressing into our living space, working lives, social lives, and even our automobile.  So, I will show how to make your own herbal medicines, how to naturally distill your own water, grow your own vegetable sprouts where ever you might be, and verdantly reduce carbon emissions in your car/truck with ease.

When you can build your own nest you have moved beyond health-dependency.  Your life, then, is revolutionized.  You have bettered yourself.  Getting strong and healthy can be tough these days.  No doubt about it.  But its harder when you’ve been reliant on someone to tell you the right things your body needs to eat at a certain time.  Your body needs many kinds of foods, total hydration, the right kind of rest, and a full range of active motion.  It’s important to have found the right kind of work which helps you.  A work that vibrates on your level.  A healthy program t

hat you like which will raise your standards of living.  It should heal your concentration, your clarity, your success, and importantly, strengthen your peace of mind.  Like a shoe that fits.   Then, I am your shoemaker.  I will make sure you stand inside that new feeling of life with strength and intelligence.

It’s not the quantity that we possess, but the quality that we make out of life.

Are you living moment to moment, trying to rekindle a lost feeling? Or are you struggling to capture all the fantastic spontaneity that you were born with?  You can rebuild your own bridge.  The work is not hard.  It’s the effort that is challenging.

I believe you’re meant to reach the end of that bridge, and then walk into your own.

And I am here to help.

With Many Kind Thoughts,
